Continuing its roll out of titles, Red Leaf Comics has announced today that the iconic character, Ultimus, is now available in print in the pages Daring Adventures. Originally published in the 1990’s at Blue Moon Comics by creator Lloyd Smith, Ultimus is the story of a man who must destroy his world to save himself.
“Ultimus is an epic tale of a man who must fight himself to survive,” said creator Lloyd Smith. “I’m excited that he’s back in print after all these years.”
Published under the Red Leaf Comics’ licensed imprint, Daring Comics, Daring Adventures also features a back-up tale of action and intrigue titled The Black Helicopter. Now available in shops and at the Red Leaf Web Store, Daring Adventures features a stunning cover by Marcelo Salza. “Marcelo’s digital coloring is simply amazing!” replied publisher John Michael Helmer when he revealed the image.
Ultimus is drawn by comic veteran JP Dupras and The Black Helicopter by Randy Valiente. The issue is also available in digital format for download from the Red Leaf store.
